Why This Matters
Aviation safety is not abstract. Every year, general aviation accidents are linked to inadequate training, knowledge gaps, and pilots who were not prepared for the situations they encountered. Our Founder
VectoredOps was founded by Kauai Mansur, a private pilot based in West Texas with a background spanning education innovation, AI development, and cybersecurity.
The idea started at home. Kauai built the first AI-powered training tools to help his daughter Rebekah earn her Private Pilot Certificate at just 17 years old. Watching her progress through ground school and flight training, he saw firsthand the gap between lessons—the 72-hour window where confidence fades and knowledge decays. The right study tools and structured debriefs made the difference between frustration and progress.
After seeing the impact on Rebekah's training, Kauai set out to make these tools available to every student pilot and flight instructor. VectoredOps is the result—a platform purpose-built to graduate safe, proficient pilots who are genuinely ready for their checkride and beyond.
